A while back, I remember you asking a few questions about how different counties handled the state fair trips, and what criteria they used to determine who would get the trip. Well, tonight was our meeting -- I feel your pain! So, if you don't mind my asking, what did you ever come up with? Were you able to make improvements to your system? I'd love to hear about some of the ideas you've come up with, and to just learn "how other counties are doing it".
